BLM-2000 & BLM Q

Flush & dismantle your draft beer system every 7 days 2 weeks 8 Weeks with the BLM System — reduce waste of beer and wear/tear of your system.
Lease/Installation of BLM System.(Electronic Beer Lines Maintenance & Cleaning System)
BLM-2000

Utilizing the BLM2000 will add longevity to your draft beer equipment.

HOW?

Through a series of Complex Audio Signals which vary in frequency and amplitude, the “PLCB approved” BLM2000 creates an unfriendly environment for yeast and bacteria cells to grow and multiply within the beer lines. Once attached to your draft beer lines the continuous sending of Complex Audio Signals from the BLM2000 System ensures your draft lines remain clean 24/7/365. Also, use of the BLM2000 reduces the need to dismantle and flush your draft beer system every 7 days. Thus, the flushing (waste of beer) and dismantling (wear & tear) of your draft beer system need occur every 8 weeks vs. every 7 days, or every 2 weeks depending on your state laws.

 BLM-Q

Thirteen years since its introduction as ‘The
New Concept in Beer Line Technology; the new
BLM-Q will be heralded as ‘Technology for
ALL cleaning cycles!

The BLM-Q with its patented signal technology can retard biofilm growth in four separate beer lines. The BLM-Q is next generation of technology to create a healthy dispense environment for fresh tasting draft beer.

Use of the BLM-Q reduces the need to dismantle and flush your draft beer system every 7 days. Thus, the flushing (waste of beer) and dismantling (wear & tear) of your draft beer system need occur every 8 weeks vs. every 7 days, or every 2 weeks depending on your state laws.

The BLM System

The BLM retards microbial contamination growth inside beer lines, which are responsible for spoiling the taste, aroma and presentation of draft beer.
The BLM System was introduced to the world brewery market in August 1997. The technology is patent based and since it's inception has gained accolades of success in North America, Europe and Japan.
Make no misconception beer is a food and we would like to show you why you need to maintain the cleanliness of beer lines....

Why do we need to clean beer lines?
Beer is a food and like any other food will contaminate. The microbial contamination in beer lines is made up of the following;

  • > Bacteria

  • > Mold

  • > Yeast

  • > Beer Stone

After you have wandered through the above contaminant's short profiles, you'll then understand why removal of such contaminants is essential to maintaining draft beer quality the brewers of the world wish for their customers.

The BLM along with proper maintenance inhibits the growth of these microbial contaminants allowing for a constant fresh tasting draft beer.

How it works:

Inside a keg, beer enjoys a sterile environment whereby optimum quality of the product can be maintained. The moment beer flows from the keg, it enters a world of non-sterile supply lines, valves, joints and taps. This non-sterile environment is a haven in which yeast and bacteria thrive and reproduce, feeding all the while from the nutrients in the beer.

Regular use of chemicals of the correct strength should remove any build-up of contamination, but at a significant cost to the bar owner. Irregular cleaning routines result in thriving yeast and bacteria colonies, which results in foul smelling, tainted beer with off flavor and poor presentation qualities.

The BLM System is a device that generates an audio signal that is induced into the beer line via a Transponder. The audio signal
varies in frequency and amplitude, to create an unfriendly environment for yeast and bacteria cells to grow and multiply within
the beer lines.

The result is a retardation of contaminate yeast and bacteria on the inside walls of the beer lines, thereby allowing the beer to flow from keg to tap without deterioration in quality or presentation.
